CARBONFREE, NEW INNOVATIVE FILTER-LESS RECD MACHINE

Focusing on Diesel Generator and aligning our devices with the latest CPCB Norm, we are one of the first Filter-less Air purification RECD manufacturer that provides one of the best and valuable solution tested according to D2 5Cycle process. With an efficiency upto 90%, these devices ensures the capture of particles of size 30 nanometers. With innovative patented technology, we offer a product which is reliable and tested heavily for the best performance.

RECD INLET

The diesel generator is directly connected to the RECD inlet from the exhaust duct of genset so that emission is passed to the RECD filtration system and distributed inside RECD, active filtration unit.

ACTIVE FILTRATION UNIT

A filter less purification system for capturing the particulate matter 2.5 and 10 and does not cause any hinderance to the airflow. Along with the device there is an automated regeneration system which collects the soot for safe disposal operated through Electronic and Control unit. The collected carbon particle is captured and separated from the air stream and later on extracted during the regeneration process.

RECD EFFLUENT WATER OUTLET FOR FILTER

Once the air passes through the active filtration unit it becomes free from the carbon monoxide and the leaves the RECD with 85% less concentrated in it.

Carbon collected in the activation filtration is removed through jet system which separates carbon from water through filter mechanism and then we extract out the carbon from the exhaust pipeline.

The devices use electricity and light energy to purify the key pollutants NOx, SOx, CO, PM2.5 and PM10 which are extracted from the air stream and up-cycled with industrial processes to make black ink, anti-bacterial coatings, Nano-tech, scrubbers etc. The Technology is best suited for large air purification volumes.
